Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
Supports the design of
relational database systems. The ERD tool provides all the usual
features of a data modeling tool including SQL code generation.
It also includes automatic model checking and a data dictionary
editor. This allows a user to quickly create a database system on
a number of different target platforms without the need to write
any Data Definition Language (DDL) code.

Use-Case and Class Models (UML)
The Use-Case and Class
model tools allow the production of UML type diagrams. Models can
include different types of relationships between the various type
of elements, such as communications, generalization, realization
and dependencies. The tool understands the rules behind the
techniques and only allows creation of elements and relationships
that make sense. The tools also include automatic model checking
and a data dictionary view.

Sprint Tracker (Scrum)
The sprint tracker tool
provides project management task identification and tracking.
Individual backlog items can be added to a sprints board, and
then moved to track current progress. A burndown chart is
provided to give a quick overview of progress for a particular
sprint against an ideal burndown pattern. Backlog items can be
assigned and filtered to particular users. The sprints board is
fully customisable in terms of progress categories and priority
levels. By default the priority levels reflect the well known
MoSCoW method of prioritization.

Web App Builder -
Coming Soon!
Supports the development of
applications that run directly within a browser. The web-app
builder tool allows direct editing of the user interface elements
along with the definition of JavaScript code to be executed in
response to events, such as mouse clicks. Once a web-app is
designed it can be easily previewed within semantic pad itself,
or within a new browser tab. Developed applications can then be
downloaded for easy integration into existing web-sites. The
web-app builder uses a simple drag and drop interface which
provides an exact representation of how the application will look
once deployed. Web-app components can be built and imported into
any number of projects, thus allowing building of re-usable (and
configurable) components. The resulting applications do not rely
on any proprietary plug-ins and will execute on any modern
browser. The web-app builder provides many built in components to
support regular UI elements such as text input boxes, buttons and
drop down lists. It also supports more modern HTML5 style
elements such as video and audio playback components. Non-visual
components are also provided, such as timers that can
automatically execute JavaScript code once a predefined time
period has expired.

Scene Compozer -
Coming Soon!
Supports the design of
interactive animations that can be deployed on a web-site.
Includes key frame tweening, animation previewing, image and
sound importing, model checking, event handling and timers. The
Scene Compozer tool allows the definition of key frame content
that is automatically animated using rules specified within a
frame transition model. User input events (such as mouse
movement) or internally generated timer events can be used to
trigger transitions between frames. Scenes can be re-used,
embedded and configured within other scenes, allowing libraries
of reusable scenes to be developed.
